• PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or other life science related field.
• Top tier journal publications on gene silencing, oligonucleotides and/or drug delivery.
• Prior track record of securing multiple NIH grants.
• Ability to be a leader in development of novel innovative products.
• Experience in leading, motivating, training research staff.
• Ability to develop goals and priorities in the implementation of new products.
• 5-15 years experience.
• Experience in regulatory affairs is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
